Shiplap replacement | After 50 years of wood rot, our client’s shiplap needed replacement
Shiplap was removed to reveal disintegrating paper. Paper was replaced for water protection.
The exact 7” nickel gap was sourced to match HOA guidelines.
Job was complete with full trim replacement, ready for HOA painting.
Pergola Replacement | Collapsed pergola necessitated demo and replacement.
Original pergola was left in place during new pergola construction. 4×4 posts were cemented below pavers.
Pressure treated wood used to ensure long life of new pergola.
Wood was stained to client’s desire. Bougainvillea was lashed to new pergola before removing old pergola.
Bougainvillea was salvaged, trimmed, and made for a beautiful backyard space.
